Aluminum Extrusion Machining Capabilities

We have over two dozen CNC machines, several dedicated work cells, and deburring and punch systems located in a 50,000-square-foot facility devoted to machining, fabrication and assembly of aluminum extrusions. To support machining of long custom aluminum profiles over 60 inches in length, we have eight machining centers with work envelope capabilities up to 144 inches (12 feet). We also offer laser milling for parts up to 288 inches (24 feet).

Our prototype to production capabilities also include*:

  • Up to 7.5 lb. per foot part weight
  • From .125” to 6.00” in diameter
  • Wall thicknesses down to .050”
  • Lengths up to 144”

*Dependent on alloy selection and profile
