We provide expert extrusion, machining and finishing services, allowing our clients to use us as a one-stop shop for all of their manufacturing needs. Recently, we were contracted to manufacture a bracket used for telecommunication products. We learned that each time the customer’s product line evolved, engineering changes to this bracket would cost them $25,000. Our manufacturing team worked closely with the customer’s design team to make the part more manufacturable, reduce its production costs to fit the customer’s budget, and greatly reduce lead time for tooling.
